What is the MOQ for OEM or private-label orders?
MOQ depends on the product system, configuration and level of customization. Send the product types and estimated quantity and we will confirm the most practical starting order.
Can AMJ manufacture under our brand?
Yes. Private-label options can be discussed for suitable orders, including approved logo, labels, packaging and related product documents.
Can we request samples before a bulk order?
Yes. Sample support is available so you can review the system, finish, glass and hardware before bulk production. Timing and cost depend on the selected configuration.
Can you build to our drawings or window schedule?
Yes. Send drawings, BOQ or a window schedule together with your target market and performance requirements for technical review.
Can products be customized for the U.S. or Canadian market?
Yes. Sizes, glass, hardware, screens, colors and installation details can be configured for the target market. Final performance and code requirements are confirmed by product and configuration.
What certification support is available for private-label products?
AMJ has NFRC and CSA support for selected systems, together with ENERGY STAR and other product-specific documentation where applicable. Certification use under a private label must be confirmed for the exact system and brand.
How do you keep repeat OEM orders consistent?
Confirmed specifications, production records and QC checkpoints are used as the reference for repeat orders, including key dimensions, glass, hardware and finish details.
How long does OEM production take?
Production can be as fast as 25 days for suitable orders after specifications are confirmed. Custom development, samples, special finishes or large quantities may require additional time.
