Project Overview
Project Details
This residential project includes a combination of large glazed openings and smaller window units across different areas of the house. The window and door package was coordinated as one complete system so the frame finish, proportions and overall architectural appearance remained consistent throughout the building.
Large aluminum sliding openings were used in the main living areas to increase natural light and create a stronger connection between indoor and outdoor spaces. Bedrooms and secondary rooms required different window sizes and opening configurations, so each unit was coordinated according to the architectural opening and room function.
Before production, AMJ coordinated window and door dimensions, frame finishes, glass options, hardware and installation requirements. This allowed different units to be manufactured as one project package instead of being treated as separate standard products.
Installation details were also prepared in advance. Based on the installation method, AMJ recommended suitable fixing accessories and prepared the required mounting holes during factory production. These holes are commonly drilled by installers on site, so completing this work before shipment reduced additional site work and helped make installation more efficient.

Window and door dimensions were coordinated with different architectural openings throughout the residence rather than using one standard size.
Frame Finish & Glass
Dark aluminum frames and suitable glass configurations were coordinated to maintain a consistent modern appearance across different areas of the house.

Hardware and opening methods were selected according to the function of each room, door opening and window location.

AMJ recommended suitable installation accessories and pre-drilled mounting holes at the factory to reduce additional drilling and preparation work on site.

Dimensions, opening configurations and installation requirements were reviewed before production so each window and door could match the corresponding building opening.
Factory Pre-Drilling
After confirming the installation method and fixing accessories, AMJ prepared mounting holes during production. This reduced the amount of drilling required after the products arrived on site.
Split-Unit Shipping
For suitable larger units, AMJ coordinated split-unit shipment instead of shipping every assembly as one oversized finished unit. This improved packing efficiency, reduced unnecessary occupied shipping volume and helped the customer control freight costs.
Packing for Installation
Window and door components were organized with site handling and later installation in mind, making it easier to identify and assemble the products after arrival.
