• Profile Shelving Area: A large-scale storage area for aluminum profiles, with over 200 tons of commonly used profiles in stock to support rapid material cutting and production;
• Hardware Storage Area: A dedicated warehouse for hardware components, where hardware, sealing strips, and other accessories are stored by category to ensure a stable supply of production materials.
Key Upgrades at the New Factory
1. 120% Increase in Production Capacity: Capable of handling single-batch engineering orders exceeding 5,000 square meters, meeting the high-volume demands of markets such as North America;
2. 30% Reduction in Delivery Time: Full-process CNC machining combined with large-scale warehousing has compressed the delivery cycle for standard orders from 25 days to 20 days;
3. Enhanced Quality Control: Each door and window undergoes three full inspections before shipment, ensuring 100% compliance with international certification standards;
4. Logistics Assurance: Located in Sanshui, Foshan—adjacent to the port—the facility improves efficiency in container loading and customs clearance for overseas orders, ensuring more stable delivery times.
